Perched on the hillside offering panoramic views of The Cobb and Jurassic Coast
The Oyster & Fish House is arguably the most picturesque spot in Dorset to enjoy locally sourced fish and seafood. A large outdoor terrace wraps around the informal, light and airy dining room with floor to ceiling windows offering a view to every guest while enjoying our freshly caught fish and seafood.
Our menu can change twice a day depending on what the fishermen have brought us so please note that our menu online is simply a seasonal sample menu of what you can expect when dining with us.
We are open 5 days a week.
We are closed Sundays and Mondays, with the exception of half term holidays.
Please arrive at the time of your booking, as we do not have a bar area if you arrive early.
Please note that we no longer accept AMEX payments
An Evening with Salcombe Gin
Have you ever made your own gin? Well, we are planning on doing just that with the help from our friends at Salcombe Gin. And we would love for you to join us.
On the evening of 12th November, Ambassdor James Edis will be distilling a Fish House gin, quite literally while you dine.
Using local botanicals and herbs from Mark’s garden, James will begin the distillation as you tuck into your starters, with the finished product ready to taste at the end of the night. One of the two bottles of this unique gin will be auctioned off for The Fishermen’s Mission. So, you can’t get more limited edition than that!
