And so, we are back in lockdown…but even with the restaurant closed until December 3rd, you can still enjoy your favourite fish and seafood dishes at home.
We work closely with our fishermen to ensure they are still able to sell their fish while the restaurants are closed. And as we can’t go out to eat at the moment, why not cook along with Mark at home during lockdown?
We’ve teamed up with our friends at Sound Seafood to create weekly Fish Boxes, which will be delivered to your door. Each week we choose two fish species for the box which will serve two or four people. You won’t find lots of plastic wrapped ingredients in our boxes though. As you know, Mark likes to keep things simple, so you will no doubt have the ingredients for the recipes in your store cupboard already or they will be easy to pick up from your local shop, and Mark will always suggest options for substitutions.
Once you’ve placed your order you will receive the recipes and an exclusive link to watch the online tutorial with Mark to learn how to prepare this week’s fish, before creating a delicious starter and main course. As this is pre-recorded you and stop and start as much as you wish, and do it at your own pace, rather than having to keep up with a live demo!
A great way to try new fish, learn some new skills, and cook along with Mark in his home.
Order your boxes online to get cooking at the weekend – boxes are delivered on Fridays with no delivery charge to anywhere in England and Wales, so place your orders before 6pm on a Tuesday and start sharpening those knives!
What's in the box?
Order before 6pm Tuesday and you will receive a box with enough fish to feed two or four people, ready to fillet with Mark and make a tasty two course meal this weekend.

Mark will be making Soused anchovies and Pan-fried Dover sole with capers.
Place your order between 2nd December and 8th December for Friday December 11th delivery:
Smoked anchovies, smoked herring and Flodge smoked salmon ‘Hix Cure’ – Serves two – £40
Mark will be making Smoked anchovies with beetroot and horseradish and Smoked pollack with colcannon and a poached egg.
